“I Saw Potential Where Others Saw Problems” Georgiana Dragomir, CEO - Grapefruit.RO
A Masterclass in Leadership
In this episode, I had the pleasure to interview Georgiana Dragomir, CEO of Grapefruit, a Romanian-based digital and software development agency working with local and international brands such as Dacia/Renault Group and Nestlé.
Under Georgiana’s leadership, the agency achieved remarkable growth, including an 85% turnover increase during the pandemic by leveraging remote work to expand internationally.
Georgiana is also the first Romanian woman to have attended MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Entrepreneurship Bootcamp in Boston, US.
In this interview, Georgiana talks about the ethos that underpinned her entrepreneurial and leadership success and it’s all about transparency, adaptability, and human connection.
This conversation felt like a masterclass in leadership, and I hope it inspires you as much as it inspired me.
